This policy explains how GeekDev Technologies S.R.L. ("GeekDev", "we") handles personal data on this website, in our mobile apps and in our internal tools. Questions or requests: info@geekdevtech.com.

This website

geekdevtech.com sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

• Contact form. When you write to us, the form sends your name, email address and message to us through Formspree, a form-delivery service. We use them only to answer you, and keep them only as long as our correspondence needs them.
• Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes technical data such as IP addresses in its server logs to deliver and protect the site.

Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, which describes exactly what that app collects and why:

Our internal tools and Google user data

We run internal tools that connect to Google APIs, such as the Google Ads API, with our own company Google accounts. They are used only by our team, to manage our own advertising and to read keyword search statistics for our own planning.

• They access only the Google Ads accounts that belong to GeekDev; they never access another person's Google data.
• What they read (campaign settings, advertising reports, keyword statistics) is stored in our company systems and used only to run and plan our own advertising.
• We do not sell this data and do not share it with third parties, other than service providers that process it on our behalf. We do not use it to train AI models.
• Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to info@geekdevtech.com. We answer within 30 days.

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
